Meat by itself doesn't have a lot of flavor, but with different spices, rubs, marinades, and other stuff, the same cut of meat has myriad possibilities.

You have inspired me for dinner tonight. This has the double benefit of us eating the same dinner together (i'm a vegematarian) and him getting to eat meat on a regular basis.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37476114.post-67771701726455832982007-07-17T13:57:00.000-04:002007-07-17T13:57:00.000-04:00You should consider getting a slow cooker if you d...You should consider getting a slow cooker if you don't have one. If you prefer thicker slices, then you'll get better with practice. :)thisisbethhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08764018111806835434noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37476114.post-69644751757238555922007-07-16T23:54:00.000-04:002007-07-16T23:54:00.000-04:00you could get one of those fancy deli cutting mach...you could get one of those fancy deli cutting machines and have your own home deli...

just kidding =)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37476114.post-24434774340589469782007-07-16T19:23:00.000-04:002007-07-16T19:23:00.000-04:00Do you have a Farmer's Market close to you? IN a FM you can get fresh - 8 times as much - for about 41 cents. When you have access to cheap spices like this I swear you will start rubbing youself in EVOO and rubbing them all over your body just to sit in the same room as the stove. Rosemary is so good with lamb as is oregano and basil. Thyme, basil and oregano with pork. Beer with beef. So good!gagahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01544560623834560523noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37476114.post-66775211752726060962007-07-16T13:43:00.000-04:002007-07-16T13:43:00.000-04:00It does!
