The Nick of Time

The round-trip plane ticket to Paris I bought yesterday for $575 costs $754 today. Whew! It's a good thing I didn't procrastinate and anxiety-waffle around for one more day. It's not my money, but I still don't like spending too much, and I would have felt really awful if my indecisiveness had cost my parents nearly $200.

That is close! You should check out www.yapta.com. You can tag your flight and enter the price you bought it at. If the fare dips below what you paid for it, Yapta will notify you and let you know if you qualify for a refund from the airline.

It also lets you track flights to find on search engines (like expedia) and checks every day to see if the price has changed. You can ask it to email you if it goes above or below a certain level so you don't have to keep checking.

It's helped me save some serious money on flights for the holidays!

Wow! That's lucky. Airfares still confuse me. Sometimes waiting a day or two means big savings but sometimes it means paying extra.

That's lucky! I also had a similar situation the last time I flew to Paris...it just shows that when you think you have a low fare, you probably do, so just book it immediatly!
